Rubus curvaciculatus Waisemann ex H. E. Weber (Subgenus Rubus Sect. Corylifolii
Lindley Ser. Sepincola Weihe ex Focke) ist als neue Art beschrieben und abgebildet. Ihre Verbreitung
in Dänemark, Deutschland, Tschechien und Polen ist angegeben. Rubus dethardingii E. H. L.
Krause ist als sehr ähnliche Art mit seinen abweichenden Merkmalen behandelt. Rubus praecox
Bertol., eine im südlichen Mitteleuropa und in Südeuropa weitverbreitete Brombeere, hat seine
nördlichsten Fundorte in der Stadt Osnabrück (Dodesheide) und im angrenzenden Landkreis Osnabrück
bei Rulle und Icker und wurde neuerdings eingeschleppt nach Achterberg im Kreis Grafschaft
Bentheim.

Rubus curvaciculatus Waisemann ex H. E. Weber (subgenus Rubus sect. Corylifolii
Lindley ser. Sepincola Weihe ex Focke) is described and illustrated as a new species. Its distribution
in Denmark, Germany, Czech Republic, and Poland is pointed out. The most similar Rubus
dethardingii E. H. L. Krause is treated with its different characters. Rubus praecox Bertol., which is
mainly distributed in southern Central Europe and South Europe, has its northernmost places of
growing within the town district of Osnabrück (Dodesheide) and in the adjacent rural district at
Rulle and Icker. Moreover it was recently introduced to the Grafschaft Bentheim county at Achterberg.
